Common fixes.

The shield isn't appearing when my limit runs out.

Check that Screen Time permission is granted (Settings → watched apps show a green status) and that you've chosen at least one app to guard. Apple's threshold events can take a minute or two to fire — the shield isn't instant by design.

My apps are still locked this morning.

That's the pact working: a new day begins when you open Sage and set today's limit. Open the app, choose your allowance, and the shield lifts.

I won the duel, but the app re-locked after a while.

Each win earns exactly 15 minutes. When they're spent, the fox returns — win again for another 15, or let the apps rest for the day.

I switched phones — where's my subscription?

Open Sage → Settings → Restore purchase, while signed into the same Apple account. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store, so nothing is lost.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Manage subscription takes you to your Apple subscriptions page, or go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling during the 14-day trial costs nothing.

How do I stop using Sage entirely?

Settings → End the pact removes the shield and stops all watching. The fox holds no grudges — you can begin again anytime.
